We’re always looking for passionate, knowledgeable tutors who love helping students grow. If you enjoy teaching, explaining concepts clearly, and making learning less stressful (and more human), you’ll fit right in. Whether you’re an experienced educator or a subject expert who enjoys mentoring, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do
As a tutor with Bright Sparks Tutoring, you will: Work one-on-one or in small groups with students. Explain concepts in a clear, supportive way. Adapt lessons to different learning styles. Build confidence—not just grades. We're looking for individuals who have strong knowledge in their subject area, communicate clearly and patiently, are reliable and professional, and enjoy helping students succeed. Teaching experience is a plus, but not always required.
